I saw this cartoon on Hugh’s blog, which totally summarizes the essence of this post. I hope this post will evoke a positive change at organizations that are guilty of this “act”.

A modified version of this cartoon was suggested by one of the commenters (chris) on the gapingvoid blog who said and I quote:
“..you should flip the thing over but keep sociopaths at the top, etc – so that the size of the chunk indicates the % of company salary it consumes..”
That’s his idea though. Is he right? You decide!
